We are a factory. It must be clarified that not all products are entirely manufactured by us. When inventory is low, customer orders are large, or delivery timelines are tight, we collaborate with long-term partner local bamboo weaving artisans, who assist in production according to our quality standards.
For every order, to honor the trust our customers place in us, we ensure three key aspects remain under control: deliverable quantity, lead time, and quality.
- Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, but it’s quite minimal – this is one of our strengths. Essentially, orders can be shipped as long as they fill one carton.

- After-sales service policy
If you encounter any product quality issues within 30 days of receiving the goods, contact our company. We will promptly arrange returns, replacements, or replenishments.
- Delivery terms
Generally, we maintain stock for most items, ensuring delivery within 1–3 days after order confirmation. For out-of-stock products, delivery typically takes 15–25 days, depending on the product and order quantity.
- Payment methods
We accept both PayPal and T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).
- Orders under US$2,000 : 100% advance payment required.
- Orders over US$2,000 : 30% deposit accepted (may vary for OEM orders), with the balance paid before shipment.
- Do you have stores on Amazon or eBay?
We currently do not operate stores on B2C platforms like Amazon or eBay. However, we accept small-quantity orders – please contact us directly for the best purchasing solution.
- Shipping methods
- Small orders: Recommended to ship via express delivery. We partner with cost-effective couriers offering door-to-door delivery in 5–14 days (varies by destination).
- Large orders: Recommended to ship by sea.
Customers may also use their preferred logistics providers.
